The Library will send you an email or letter with details of items that could not be renewed, and any items that were automatically renewed will be listed with the new due back date.

  • Home delivery

Want to borrow from the Library but can’t visit due to illness, injury or a disability?

If you are a resident of the City of Perth and are permanently or temporarily housebound, we can deliver Library items to you. This is a free service for residents in the City of Perth’s local government area. We visit regularly and can make the selection for you.

Our friendly staff will discuss your preferences with you. Choose from our wide range of books, DVDs, BluRays, audiobooks and magazines. Contact us to find out if you’re eligible.

  • Mixed bag service
If you’re a Library member but don't have time to browse the collection, you may want to try our Mixed Bag service. Contact us to register and we’ll take your preferences. Library staff will then hand-pick items for you and let you know when you can visit the Library to collect them.
