Winter is AWESOME

Join AWESOME for some hands-on, creative activities in the Perth Cultural Centre. Children are invited to create their own snowflake message, design a droplet to add to our textile river, weave a colourful circle and experiment with giant yarn looms or explore the Imagination Playground.
Stay cosy and get creative this July school holidays!!
Imagination Playground
The Imagination Playground was designed by framed architect David Rockwell and is an interactive, transformable space that prompts very young children to manipulate their environment and create a play space of their own. With giant foam blocks at their fingertips, children have the potential to build and explore endless possibilities. The Imagination Playground addresses a broader spectrum of play needs through opportunities for fantasy and cooperative play, in addition to traditional running, jumping and climbing.
