Noel Braun On 'The Day Was Made For Walking' And 'I Guess I'll Just Keep On Walking'
The City of Perth Library is delighted to present Noel Braun as he discusses his spiritual quest of self-discovery walking the Camino de Santiago routes in north-western Spain.
The Day Was Made for Walking and I Guess I’ll Just Keep on Walking are accounts of Noel Braun's experiences walking the Camino, the ancient pilgrimage route that leads across France and Spain to Santiago de Compostela. After the suicide of Maris, his beloved wife of forty-two years, he struggled to find himself. On his journeys, he discovered the challenge was more than the rigorous demands of the physical world, the territory of the heart and soul had its own trials, which had him searching for spiritual and emotional insights.
