Lucky Cat Cinemateque - Pom Poko
Northbridge Piazza comes alive this Fringe season with a festival of anime cinema, live music, and art, fuelled by an in-house bubble tea bar.
A collaboration between Big Heart Film Club, presenters of the smash hit Miyazaki Film Festival (FRINGEWORLD 2018), Propel Youth Arts, Paper Mountain, Anime Lab & Madman Films, this summer will be filled with a series of multi-arts events and screenings suitable for all ages, for free on the big screen at Northbridge Piazza.
Each event includes live music from some of Perth's hottest up-and-coming acts, a film screening of a classic anime film, with an art exhibition open at City Art Space next door. Join us for a festival of arts and culture, celebrating anime filmmaking, local artistic and musical talent and a deep and abiding love for bubble tea.
