Inspired by the gelato making traditions of Italy, Whisk is a family run business for Giulio Nelva and his sons Davide and Simon. Giulio’s father Carlo was a pastry chef in the small Northwest Italian town of Aosta who passed on his love for cooking to his son.
The family to Perth in 2013 and the rest as they say is history. Using the freshest local produce, you’ll die for the flavours at Whisk.
Be sure to try their mango and passionfruit and salted caramel gelatos. They even have vegan avocado gelato.
